For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used or unsealed skincare, haircare, cosmetic, makeup or fragrance products unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
After contacting us, you must return the item within 14 days.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and checked.
